Dear Sir, maine online rti file ki thi jismain mujhe mere dwara mangi gai soochna nhi provide karai gyi phir main first apeal ki usmain FAO ke dwara bhi koi vichar nhi kiya gya aur uske baad maine second apeal ki hai lekin uska bhi abhi 20 days ke baad bhi koi reply nhi aaya hai so mujhe koi advise dein

You have the right to ask for information.
Do not expect any magic from Information Commission Office.
It will come in due course provided you followed the right path.
