Resignation within 1 Month

If someone Resigns within 1 month and quits jobs on same day then it will has some consequences from legal point of view?? even handover/kept all official assets on manager desk that too in CCTV Footage and even not taken salary and dont want to take salary then what will happen

A.Answer to this question lies on the fact that what kind of terms and conditions were mentioned in the offer letter and agreed to. Many times the Private companies do not bother much and at max they send a notice and move on. But if the role and job was crucial to them then they may take legal action.
