sir am aplied for divorce. and now my husband agreed to give divorce. now is it needed to withdraw my contested divorce and again am i apply for mutual divorce with him or am i get divorce by the case filed by me only? am from karnataka. please give me sugestion bcz our lawyer dnt say anything to me.

A.If your husband has agreed then let him say this in the court that he does not want to contest and the Learned Court will take cognizance of that and pass the decree for divorce. There is no need to file a separate case again unless there the COurt is asking for any technical reason.
