I renewed car insurance from online.Now I have lodged a claim for my burnt car.They are giving only 85% of IDV,deducting 15% as penalty for wrong NCB mentioned by me(not intentionally) during online renewal of insurance.I mentioned 25% NCB instead of 20%.Now what to do?
