I dont know whether NC report filed against me or not .when fill my attestation form he asked u r prosecuted by any court or authorities then I filled no.because no notice getting me in last five year from court or police.if any NC field against me in my past disclose in police verification what we do? If any court case pending on me then court gives me notice or not?

A.Since last five years you have not received any notice from the court and as per the requirement of the the authority you have to declare for last five years,hence there is no question of your past disclosure not being declared.

A.It is stipulated that there is no Notice for last 5 years,so your contention is within the clause of the verification authority.

A.Dear Sir,
Since you have not received any Notice from the Court during last 5 years it is presumed that you have no case pending in the Court of Law.Suppose you have a case beyond 5 years but the Court forgot to issue Notice or left out inadvertently in that case you have to admit which will be in your favour that means you have not willfully suppressed any information.
