Case on Withdrawal of Money from ATM

Dear Sir..My father is on Retired RTC Employee and He is educated. one of his illiterate friend wants money and he came to my home and requested to withdraw the money from his own accounts through ATM. But unfortunately he told me that kept the ATM in your home. we kept the ATM and when ever he wants my father withdraw the money and gave to him with his presence some times and without also. After two year he came to Local Police station and saying that he is draw the money. and he did not gave any money to me. The local police every time calling to my father and ask to come Police station for settlement. My father promising that i did not take single rupee from him. i do the favor only. why it was happens he cant under stand. and he was cardiac arrest due to this reason. Please help me and suggest me the good idea for close the issue.
First, try to find out what went wrong.
Why did the person change his side and blamed your father?
Try to go to the Bank and get the Statement of Accounts and see what your father has withdrawn and what he had given,
Is there any other withdrawal other than ATM. make sure and find out the person.
That will take time and can be solved.
Write a FIR and go the Police Station and file it if your father is innocent.Law will take its own course.

Some times such false allegations are made by unscrupulous people. It is on record that no foolish leave his card for 2 years. You may approach High Court and it will issue directions to police not to call your father again and again

Sorry for the unclear information. We have handed over all the cards and bank book in the year 2015. After 3 years means in the year 2018, he harassed to give me my money. u only draw the money.
