Sir my age is 26 my brother age 23 since when he was 11 old slowing he is started fighting with me I taken lightly from last 6 years he crossed all lines severely beating me using bad words against me simply he beating me my parents also don't say anything to him sir I am bachelor I can't leave anywhere my salary also very less I can't afford to rent and marriage

File a police complaint against him and if the issue is of the house at present then you have equal rights but remember your parents can give their property to anyone. Try to make your parents make him understand. All the best!

Talk to your parents.
Find out the reasons why is fighting and try to reason out with him.
If the situation demands take him to a Counselor for advice.
