Rights neglected on a land for last 80 years Rights neglected on a land for last 80 years

Hi,

My Great grandfather purchased a land and registered the land on the name of my grandfather as my grand father was the elder son of the family. This was about 80 years back. My great grand father has 3 sons. During the partition the land was given to the second son who is the brother of my grandfather. The partition was oral. From then on they have the possession and revenue records were updated accordingly. Many Transaction happened on the land so far. Now the land price is increased and we demanded the share of the land as the land was first brought on the name of my grandfather.

Can I use any law grounds and demand a share on the document which was registered on my grandfather name 80 years back. Kindly suggest some grounds.
