Investment advisory services at home.
My owned home is in a cooperative housing society. I wanted to know if it’s possible for me to legally conduct advisory services at my home. I will be the sole owner and will have no employees but will be having a few clients.
A.Dear Mr Yash Setpal,
First, see the rules and regulations of the cooperative housing society.
If the law allows you to do, then go ahead.
Otherwise, it will/ may create disturbances for other residents who will object at a later stage.
