One person was showing add in facebook. He is having automobile shop in Delhi I paid him Rs 147000/- for 5 controllers.through NEFT. Sent me duplicate goods. I was forced to take 2 duplicate goods. I returned other goods. Now he is not picking call. Is there any possibility of recovery.

A. Go to the nearest police station and register your complaint against them. Or go to the court for money recovery suit against them

A. Send him a legal notice and simultaneously file a complaint of fraud and cheating with the local police. Basis these two you may be able to recover the amount.

I am in Chennai and he is in Delhi. What is the chances of recovery. How much will you charge if I give the case to you. Indian laws are very lethargic and slow in such cases.

You will have to file a case in Chennai and I would suggest you look for a Chennai based lawyer through this portal.
