can i marry my father's step sister? is it illegal? cause she was born through my grdfather's second wife.

A.Dear Sir,
She is your sister by relation as such it is illegal. Scientifically it is proved to avoid such marriages. If you would like to show to the society that all such beliefs are nonsense then you can proceed further and marry and start new family life no body bother and you must not be under dilemma.

A.Firstly, which is the religion under which you want to marry? Generally, unless there is a custom in your community, you can't.
