sir my mother in law filed case on me. i got court notice but postman written intimation served on it n sent back. now the situation is i filed divorce on my husband. he came to midation and he said my mother filed case on u. wt type of case can she file on me. and if postman sent dat notice by writing intimation served then wt will happn. plz dnt getconfuse give correct advise plz

A.Dear Madam,
Now as per supreme court judgment mother-in-law can file Domestic Violence Case against a daughter in law. Secondly serving of intimation by postman is sufficient for the court to proceed ex-parte against you. And if you do not appear before the court then it will decided against you.

A.Dear Client,
Postman can not lie.intimation served means letter delivered.Some body might have received the letter.Since you are saying Postman, presumably it is given by Postal department of Govt of India which can tracked from the Net the date and time of delivery.
2 In case your mother in law has filed a case means without the knowledge of your husband,
Ask your husband to sort it out.
Better to withdraw.
Since it will be withdrawn there is no point in doing research on that.
