Court of SDM has canceled the mutation 23/2006-07. Opposition party has filed for revision petition in DC court against the SDM order by maliciously mentioning mutation number as 50/2007-08. When we inquire about mutation number 50/2007-08 , C.O gave us mutation copy and rent receipt of the same that Opposition party has obtained it fraudulently. Now opposition party has seek for amendment in his mutation number in the revision petition but we have filed objection for the same with C.O response and evidences on basis of mala fide, forgery and suppression of material facts. Please suggest

Get the matter to the High Court and get stay order on such registration of case there was no order passed by SDM in respect of 50/2007-08.
