When I signed I found a marriage form no. 8 and 7, he and my uncle forced me sign the papers and they copied my signature on the form and submitted to the court for marriage certificate. I don't like that girl as I love someone else and want to get married with her only. What can I do please suggest.... Thank you

A.Dear Client,
If you are mentally matured to handle your things and earning to lead an independent life, then you should strongly refuse to marry the girl. It is always better to oppose right now rather than at a later state which will be more humiliating for both the parties.Try to convince your father, mother and other members of the family who matters in this case.

When you are paying the rent please try to transfer through NEFT or cheque and try to keep some documentary evidence for your safety.
Second, try to get the help of a Real Estate Lawyer from your area who can better guide you on the subject
