A.Dear Sir,
The laws says that anybody in possession of any land for more than 12 years without any objection then it belongs to him. If you can disprove this presumption then you can venture legal battery against such person.

For full procedure contact me on mobile through Vidhikarya.

A.Dear Mr.G.V.SaiKumar,
If the land belongs to the Government, it is easy to track.
First... go to the Revenue department of the concerned State Government and ask for the details.
It must have a Register, Plot No, Type of land, Quantity etc
Go for EC and see the ownership of the land over the years. Why 20 years . You can very well ask for the info for last 40 years . No problem.
There must be an Officer, who has transferred the land. Find out the year, Month, date of Transaction and the incubancy chart of the Office, name of the Officer during that period, fix up the responsibility. First see, if that person is living or dead. If he is dead then it is difficult.Other persons might be living.
