How long can NCDRC hold an order in reserve after completion of Final Hearing? What does the law say?

A. It is created under constitutional authority and the judges have constitutional privileges however they may take at the most 60 days please file representation for release of judgement

Will this cause the Judge to be irritated and issue an adverse order, especially as he is the President of NCDRC?
