Facing problem with cell tower.

Dear,
We are facing a lot of issues with cell tower next to my apartment.
Please guide how to proceed legally to remove it. We already gave complaint to municipal commissioner.

A.File an application before D.M citing hazards of tower,effecting health of surrounding areas by the emission of rays,injurious to public at large.

Step1. File a RTI to the Municipality/Municipal Corporation /or even in a panchayat area to know whether permission has been granted for the same.
Step 2. obtain a Delhi High Court direction to the City bodies as well as to the Centre to remove towers close to School,hospital and residential areas.
Step 3. Lodge a Complaint with Local Municipal Authority.
Step 4. Lodge a Complaint with pollution control board.
Finally, File a Writ Petition in the High Court for removal of Mobile Tower
