Dear sir,
(1) is it possible to file quash petition in HC regarding false FIR in which SC ,ST provisions too invoked ?
(2) We have FIR digital copy which was downloaded from police official website.Is it enough for filing quash petition or need to get copy from concerned court ?
(3) In between investigation,can we demand investigation reports through RTI ?
(4) Can we get caste certificate of complainant through RTI ?
(5) If a person holding sc certificate but practising as christian priest,then how to get cancelled it ?
(6) FIR is only for Cognizable offence ? or is it prerequisite for all kind of offences ?

Yes
(2) We have FIR digital copy which was downloaded from police official website.Is it enough for filing quash petition or need to get copy from concerned court ?
No, certified copy from the court or police station required.
(3) In between investigation,can we demand investigation reports through RTI ?
No.
(4) Can we get caste certificate of complainant through RTI ?
Yes.
(5) If a person holding sc certificate but practising as christian priest,then how to get cancelled it ?
Yes you can file complaint to police.
(6) FIR is only for Cognizable offence ? or is it prerequisite for all kind of offences ?
All kinds of offences.
