hai sir my gradfather have 4 sons an 2 daughter. he was died on 1963 , in four sons 1 person was not married an he is late 1 daughter also late another daughter was married in 1983 . now he was asking share in our granfathers property will u tell mee the solution

A.Yes she will always claim on his share. It is his legal rights

sir but our grand father was die in 1963 he bougt that land in 1950 some avicate says daughter will get a shair if father will alive sep 9 2005 then it will be applicable is it right or not sir is tell us thanq for giving replay

Sir I have another dought on that is this act applicable for all state we are from Andhra Pradesh in 1985 N T RAMA RAO Bring a act about daughter have a right in fathers property N T RAMA RAO Say that in this act if An a daughter married before 1985 that daughters not applicable for that father property and tell us what will we do next sir
