Dear sir, Mera sawal yah he ki meri mata ji ki death 2000 me ho gai thi aur mere nana ji yani meri mata ji ke pita ji ki death 2018 me hui thi me yah janna chahta hu ki kya ham hamare mata ji ke hisse ka adhikar rakhte he hindu uttaradhikari act 2005 ke tahat jabki meri maa ki death is niyam ke aane se pahle ho gai thi lekin nana ji ki is niyam ke aane ke baad kripya bataye Thank u
