canceling of home loan insurance.

Hi, I am took home loan from pnb housing panvel branch in jun-2018. at the time loan sanction process bank or insurance employee are not giving any document or information regardarding insurance to me. As well as i am not signed any insurance policy document. also send the cancelling mail to pnb housing on 9-jul -2018 and loan disbursement date is 27-Jun-2018. till date i am not received any HDFC insurance policy document. then how to do to cancel my home loan insurance.
