Can we do Quash and Anticipatory Bail (AB) together in high court ?
What is advisable and better ?

FIR lodged, NBW issued, AB rejected by Sessions Court.
Charges being IPC 376 and 315

A.Yes u can file application for quashing the FIR u/ s 482 . But possiblity will be dependent on circumstanceal evidence

A.First get enlarged on bail. Quash in such offences is remote and unlikely.
