Terminated from employment
I was working in a multinational banking company and I have around 25 years of experience. I worked in the bank for 8 years and I have got several rewards and good recognitions, but no promotion. Suddenly my manager and hr called and forced me to resign as my role has become redundant. I was pressurised to quit and i did as they have given a severance amount. Later i came to know that they have replaced my position with another person who is close to my manager and they have replaced several jobs with all their relatives / friends etc. Is there a way to raise this as a complaint? Also while sending me out, my access, laptop were taken back immediately without even allowing me to think. All of my team members witnessed that i lost access to enter the door and it was embarrassing to me. Can I approach this legally?

I have dealt with similar situations and file civil suit claiming compensation for mental and social embarrassment. Complaint lodge with the Labour Commissioner and now proceedings are pending in Industrial Tribunal and matter will be decided

So, legally you will not be able to take any strong step unless you are in a position to declare and confirm that there has been breach of contract.
Now one way is left for you is to write to the higher management as whistle blower, to expose whatever is being done by your ex manager. The Bank may take some step against them.
