Misuse of common area

Hi, we have rooms attached to the party hall. Few members have just occupied put their stuff and locked it. we tried to talk to them,requested them but nothing from them. can we take any action. if yes how?

A.If the occupation of the rooms is without consent and forceful then it amounts to house trespass and therefore an offence. therefore file a complaint with police and civil suit for eviction and taking back possession.

2.Send notice to the these person by advocate
