Hello Sir/Madam,
I have booked couple of plots in one of the real estate company in Hyderabad in 2018 (mar/apr) by paying booking amount. till date they haven't registered land by saying no LP # got allocated and not returning amount as well. so far, I lost interest on my amount and no land registered besides lot of mental tension. How can I get money back from the company.

A.You can file a consumer complaint as already suggested. Besides this, you can also file a cheating complaint as the builder took money without requisite sanctions which amounts to cheating. It will be more easy to recover money if cheating complaint is filed with the police at the first instance and the police doesn't take action then file a petition under section 156(3). CrPC

A.Dear Sir,
Get issue a legal notice and approach RERA or Consumer Forum. They are afraid of court litigation due to demoralization in the market.
I could have explained more if background is known to me. I am at your service if you visit my office.
