MY FATHER GAVE ON RENT A SHOP IN 1975. MY FATHER DIED IN THE YEAR 2009 AND THE TENANT DIED IN THE YEAR 2008.THE SHOP IS CLOSED FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS . TENANT'S SON HAS HIS OWN BUSINESS DOES NOT OPEN THE SHOP.
DOES TENANTS WIFE OR SON HAVE TENANCY RIGHT OVER IT

A.Dear client,No they have no right, Send legal notice to tenant to vacate it.

A.Dear Sir,
You may take the possession of said shop and if any disputarize then take appropriate defense like it was kept vacant without any lock and you being the owner taken the possession. Let them go to Civil Court.
