There is a land on my father's name. He has three sons. I am one of them. While distribution this land came to my share. But there is no any proof of document that it belongs to me. There is a old house in that land. And in municipality the name is mine only and not my father's name for since it's been constructed. Now the house is old and we want to demolish and construct new house there. Till now there is no problem. After demolishing the house can my brother's come on this part as a share? Or bring a stay order from court that new construction should be stopped?? What's your advice on this

Land owner :- my father
Name on House municipal tax :- my name( his son)
But there is no document shows that house is mine..

I hope question is understood clearly
