My husband died in 1994 , my father in law died in 2000 and mil too. I have one son. My father in law having 4 children including my husband.
How much share I will get in my property.
According to my family my father in law property will divide into 4 childrens. And my husband share will give it to either me or my son.
Is this right or property should be divided among 5 of us ??

A.Dear Sir as per law,Property of FIL have four share,
Property of husband have to share along with you.
So your Son has equal right over your husband property.
