Husband filed a divorce petition citing staying away from home. Husband filed a divorce petition citing staying away from home.

My girlfriend's elder sister had married of just 4 month ago to a police ASI. Though the guy promised to take his wife with him to his working place and take a quarter there, he left behind his wife alone in his village house after marriage. The girl though managed to stay there for more than a month, she came back to her father thereafter. The husband is building a new house and the girl hoped that she would go there after completion of the house. Meantime the husband files a divorce petition and also sent notice to her parents. What should we do now?

A.Dear Sir,
It is too premature for the husband to file such divorce petition. It is better for you to share everything in person and get appropriate legal advise to see that such divorce petition is rejected on technical grounds.
