Q. Fee refund

I have taken admission in chanakya ias academy on 8th august 2018 and submitted amount of 60000 but after taking some classes i realise not to continue and i request the academy to kindely refund my fee but they told me to not refund and they don't have any policy regarding fee refund and they ask me to write an application regarding fee refund and told me to wait untill they get any response from there headoffice and after 2 months they refused that there is no policy of fee refund so don't waist your time then i ask them for leave and they agreed but i don't want to continue with that Institute and i send speed post to the head of academy but i don't get any positive response yet. please tell me what can i do!

Get issue a legal notice and if they do not refund then approach Civil Court or Consumer Forum.

A. Dear client Fee could be refund if you go with given condition,
1.Prospectus you have.
2.Copy of admission form
3.Fee receipt.
4.enrollments number
I will start that process as soon as you submit

A. Dear Madam,
Every institution is governed by certain basic principles, Rules and Regulations.
If they do not have the principle of REFUND how can they will refund?
Actually you should have taken sample classes and verified their track record before taking admission.
Best option for you would be to go for a request then a consumer case.

A. Dear Client, some facts are missing i.e how many lectures you have attended? discuss in detail, you should have take trial lectures before final enrollment.
