I am travelling and will be away from Delhi for work, I need to give my mother the authority through which she can sign on my behalf and complete the rest of the DDA proceedings to take the possession of the allotted land. Plot allotted is in my name and what would be the cost of such process?

A.Dear Sir,
First, ask the DDA Authorities they will tell you procedure.
They have a set procedure and you need to follow.
They might have or may ask for you a simple Authorization letter with your signatures attested.
or they might ask you the Power of attorney which need to be done in the Court.
The best solution for you would be DDA office.
