You can go for mutual divorce or ex parte divorce. It may cost Rs.25,000 to Rs.2 lakhs depending upon the profile of the advocate.

U should file divorce petition. If both are agreeing then file divorce by mutual consent u will get divorce in just six months

But firstly deceide you want maintance after divorce or not and else you can hire a lawyer.
