Someone extended his house in my site/property

Hi Sir,

I am need of legal advice, what will be the judgement if some one extended his house in my property/site of about 33percent of land.
Suggest me how to go in legal procedure.

A.Sir, you file a civil suit for easement right by way of which you will get recovery of possession. Before that you should follow the following steps.

1. Police Complaint
2. Send a legal notice to remove or demolish the structure [failing which]
3. You file a civil suit

ALSO,
you can ask for damages and compensation. .

One more query . In the above case as I am not in need of compensastion form the opponent party... I want him to vacate/demolish the building which comes under my property.
Most probably what will be the courts judgement on this issue

A.Sir Case under Civil,&Criminial procedure Could be file in district jurisdiction.
Send Notice by the penal lawyer and your land could be free after court order.
