A.Sir, the fee of a lawyer is not fixed. It varies according to individual to individual. However, there is not a lot to do in a matrimonial suit dealing with mutual divorce. so the payment must be consisting of
1. Filing of the suit
2. Drafting
3. Clerk / Misc Fee
4. Appearance Fee of the concerned Adv AND
5. Extra Charges
The charges may vary from 5,000 to 50,000 or even more as the case maybe.
