Registration of land

Respected sir /madam, I hv a home with land in my lative village Nagwas, Madhubani ,Bihar. It is in my possession since 1990. The said was registered one of the member of a group of people for the porpuse the it will further separate the proportion and will registered to each one separately but time being he is ignoring me to register in my name. However he registered to some of them.The land is in my possession and he is not claiming directly but indirectly threatening. What should I do to register in my name of my proportion which is already is in my possession.Pls advice.
