mental harasment

im college student (hosteller) last night i get caught while smoking cigarettes and i know i break the rule but the collage authorities used physical force on me, humiliated my in front of everyone , they clicked inappropriate photo of mine and go through my personal chats they are mentally harassing me. what should i do ?
please i need a help Can i go to the police. Are they going to support me ?

A.dear client in your matter Yes, definitely you can approach the police authorities, but you have to prove the harassment. Request to consult before taking any action from your end.

A.In the first place you have broken the rules of the Hostel and they have punished you for the same. The Authorities want to enforce the rule that no one should repeat. You should feel sorry and apologise orally never will break rules of the hostel. Police complaint will be not in your favour & you will not get any help or support.
