1.Repayment of Ed.Loan is in EMI, thus we pay interest for capital paid back also. Willing to pay interest for outstanding amount, but not in EMI.Can I enforce pay back in terms of interest on outstanding amount and all extra payment to be debited to capital, like any ordinary loan. EMI is employed by loan sharks and Banks doing it is I feel illegal. Pl. advise.

A.You have not reported the Ed.loan from nationalised or pvt banks? What are the terms & conditions agreed by you?. The Banks are expected to collect EMI for Principle & Interest after repayment of the loan.
