Property Conflicts

Hi, I have lost my brother some years back, since then my Sister in law got separated and took his child also. Later she got married also and have kid from new marriage.
Last year i lost my father and now that lady is threatening us asking for her son's right on my father's property. Can you please advise what could be done. As per my understanding she does have not right on my father's self earned property. Please give your advice.

Ask her to go to the Court where irrespective child’s interest in the property it will take a long time to decide the case. Just be neutral and the issue will be dissolved automatically.
