Anti corruption bureau police filed FIR against me on last year..
Can I approach high Court to cancel FIR

A.There is no time limit for filing a petition under sec 482 crpc, if the trial is going on then the court might not interfere, as its object is to prevent the person from legal proceedings if there is a false case filed against him.

A.Sir, YES, you can approach the High Court under provisions of CrPC [Section 482] for the quashing of such petition.
However, it must be noted that there must be some really strong grounds on which you approach the HC for such quashing of FIR or else the HC will not allow it. and thereafter you will have to proceed with the FIR lodged against you. But yes there is a provision for quashing u/s 482 of the CrPC [Provided you have strong grounds].
