Lost land document

I lost my agricultural land document 10 years before. Now I have taken all the copy of documents from register office. But they ask me to get NOC certificate to get the original copy from register office, which requires police complaint as well as advertisement in leading news paper. Kindly guide me the procedure to get this NOC online if possible.
A.Dear Sir,
You should have filed FIR and published it in the News Paper.
Now you have to go through the same process.
Alternative is ask for Certified Copy.
