GPA does not have childrens name
This is regarding a BBMP A khata property in Bangalore. The owner acquired this property as ancestral property. The owner died and left the property to his wife and children (2 sons). His wife then made a GPA in 2001, but the GPA does not include the childrens details. However, the 2 sons (major at the time of signing the affidavit) have signed an affidavit (declaration) stating that they have no objection with the GPA. The GPA then sold the property to another person. My question is since the childrens name was not included in the GPA and neither they have signed the GPA, will that become an issue. In such case, will the declaration made by the sons be valid. Im worried that the sons may come and try to stake a claim on the property stating their names were not included in the GPA.
