I'm a govt servant facing VAC case in trial court. I have so many legal docs against the complaint Co ntractor to prove that it's a stage managed complaint. Morover I have telephone audios to prove that IO played a bad role in his investigation. In the situation can I approach NHRC simultaneously against IO, complainant Contractor n some witnesses . Pl clarify sir

Yes, you have the right to approach the NHRC.
But follow the procedure .
