1. Daughter got married in 1980 , and her daughter and son are studied and grownup with my father's money do this people have right on property.
2. Her daughter got married to one of my brother and without our knowledge she sold my mother land. what we can do for it.

A.Dear Madam,
To answer your questions, daughters have equal rights like sons.
2.When your father is living/alive then sons and daughters have the rights over the property.
3. your second point seems to be complicated. one has to draw a genealogy to have a complete understanding and that too if you are not coming under Hindu law.There are some people in South who marry their maternal uncle.
