Maintenance

I have filed maintenance case for my kids and myself besides divorce and custody. Initially my husband harassed the school of kids for illegal admission.Now my husband wants to pay the fees of my kids by his own through online. I don't want this.don't want him to pay any bills as he requires. I want my complete maintenance in my hand so that I can make my own decisions further and not be dependent on always messaging him as per my kids needs.. My lawyer has advised me to let him pay and that much amount will be deducted from the maintenance. Personally I don't want my husband's involvement in any matter further. Please advice me...what should I do as I am scared that even judge might ask me let him pay which I really don't want. I don't want to have any communication with my would be EX as with the excuse of fees payments I have to always message him the fees details etc. And later he might say to even pay the home bills too himself . Which will result in his complete interference
