Cancel Registered Deed

Dear Sir ,

I am belong to Contai Sub divisional ,East medinipur . Now I staying out site of West Bengal for working Purpose with my family. One sister I already arrange to completed marriage on 2016. My Father & Mother live at Home town. For family reason From Last year My father mentally stress & drink every time. Last year My father some relatives chiting ( they make afraid to my father that road will increased so road will covered by NH) with my father & made Deed of road side plot very low price. But this plot is valuable. Same plot Paper few year back I take back from load lender after I earn money. My Mother get information few days ago .after that I check online that really plot has been registered deed. this plot father self Acquired . due to father business loss he promise me give this land me for business & return back home. for this I have taken loan for prepare Home & sister marriage by hard earn money . now Mother & father request me help take action with law or court to cancel deed or return back our plot. We have only this plot near road . Kindly help suggest which process we have to do for getting this plot.
