Agriculture land distribution

Sir, I have one sister she want 50%share of agriculture land property after death of mother and father before 2005. Now I am agreed 50 % share give her but she ask for each khasra no have 50%. I am share the distance land from villege with sister. Please share can we do the legally right to share land distribution according to me.

A.Sir, both son and daughters have equal rights in the property. However, in your case try to solve the dispute amicably as giving 50% of each piece of land which the parents own will become difficult. Try explaining her that you will be providing her with an aggregate total of 50% of the total land your parents have which will be equally divided between you both so that in future non of you can create any sort of problem.

Sir, my sister not agree for peacefully settlement. Please share any option for me how could I save my parental land. My sister is 70 year old and after her case settlement she is going to sele land. Myself also 65 year old and my only 1 rougher she is already married and living with her husband in city. Due to these reason I want share in land near my villege it help us to serview me in my old days. There is no my any other occupation. Please help and support me.
