A.Dear Sir,
You can change by issuing a legal notice or your own self styled notice saying that you no more required his services and ask him to return back your file by registered post as you have already paid his fees. A copy of this letter may be enclosed with the vakalath/power of new advocate.

A.You can change your lawyer at any time and appoint new lawyer. You have to take no objection from him and if he denied to give you no objection, you can file affidavit stating the fact in the court and appoint new advocate.

When you appoint new advocate, you have to pay him fees for conducting your case in court. And he will file his vakalatnama in court. If earlier advocate denied to give his no objection, he can file your affidavit in court stating that earlier advocate is not giving no objection.

When you appoint new advocate, he will charge his fees for the case, the above process does not require seperate charges. Charges will be including in his fees.

All the process has been done earlier. Now the situation is need to present from both end advocate at site when the job will start and need to present at site when job will end. After that both end advocate will check and verify that all job has been done successfully . after that the case will be withdrawn. So plz. tell me the total cost of this process. For that reason I need to prepare.
