Sir.

I need your assistance to write a letter to the district police head regarding domestic violence.

My jija has external marital afears due to this every day in treated my sister, the beating her every day and abusing, most of the time he says triple talak. She has two small kids living with us last 48 days without any financial support by him.
48 days before he brings the same girl to his to home front of my sister and says that she is my wife too ( she coming from Hindu family ).
My sister trying to sought he beat her very badly and say talak -3,
He has taken all my sister jewellery say go back to your father house. Next day my father and mother reach to meet my sister, she explain every things they bring her back to the home and some time to my jija to understand his fault. But he don't care about it, because he is in police. Now when we plan to complain against him, he registered a fake report against my father that my father abused that girl on road. But day my father was not in that city.

A.Dear Sir,
You can get file a domestic violence case directly before the Magistrate seeking following reliefs which is more effective.
=============================================================================================

PRAYER
HENCE THE APPLICANT HUMBLY PRAYS
A) to take cognizance for the offence punishable u/s 498A IPC and punish Respondent No.1 to 3 as per law and extend police protection to the deponent,

B) Pass orders u/s 19, based upon S.17, granting separate residence for herself and her three children at a monthly rent of Rs. 20,000/- and advance of Rs. 5,00,000/-.

C) Pass orders u/s 18, in totality against Respondent No.1 to 3,

D) Pass orders u/s 20(i) granting Rs.25,000/- per month as maintenance for applicant and maintenance at the rate of Rs. 5,000/- each per month to her three children.

E) Pass orders granting Rs. 5,00,000/- for setting up house hold requirements, in granted residence, to make it livable, as the applicant cannot return to the house of Respondent No.1 as he is residing in the house of respondent No. 3, which is legally prohibited,

F) Pass orders granting litigation expenses of Rs.1,00,000/- as the applicant made to wander from pillar to post for getting legal aid to attend the Hon’ble Court, whereas, the Respondent No.1 falsely filed Divorce Petition.

G) The applicant also filed interim application supported by affidavit u/s 23(1) and (2) of D.V.Act,

H) That any other order/s, this Hon’ble Court deems fit, to meet the ends of justice, be passed.

A.Dear Sir,
First you need to see the type of marriage.
If he is a Muslim and married according to Mohammedan Law then he will be governed under that.
The other alternative is to bring this matter to the notice of his higher authorities for disciplinary action.
If this does not work then file a Case for maintenance of the Wife and Children.

A.Go to the nearest police station and register your complaint against them immediately. Or file divorce petition on the basis of external marital afears .
