Anticipatory Bail Conditions
Hello
I have got Anticipatory Bail in a Criminal case, but the condition of bail requires me to sign twice every month in the concerned police station, issue is I am too away from the concerned police station and it lies in a different and very distant state.
What is the way I can avoid this mandatory signing in the police station?
Can I place any official and legal request / application for it, or can I change the police station to my state nearby me?
What are the options ?

A.You can go for alteration in condition of attendance and for that you need to make application before sessions court and request for alteration of condition of attendance and also request to get the order of attendance whenever require by investigating officer. And other option is available with you that request to concern I O to file chargesheet. Because after chargesheet attendance will automatically comes to end.
