Giving legal action thread my mistakenly credited salary

I leave company after joining 4 days then got call from HR .I talk with my problem and said I will not come.but still they credited 2 month of salary in my account.I drop them mail saying that amount is crediting to my account.Now they are given me the threat of legal action if I don't give money back (amount is less than 1 lac) .I have all mail stated that I communicated to the company + informing about money credited .what should I do

Dear Sir,
It is a civil action and dispute. Ask them to approach the Civil Court. Get issue a legal notice accordingly and also threaten them to lodge complaint or private complaint with the Magistrate.
